Amavasya Pujo Every New moon Day
At Bangali Sangha Ambarnath, Amavasya Pujo is not just a ritual — it is a tradition we proudly carry forward every single month. On the night of Amavasya, when the moon disappears from the sky, we gather as a community to offer prayers and perform the puja with devotion and discipline.
The ceremony begins with the chanting of mantras, lighting of diyas, and offering of flowers and bhog to the deities. The serene atmosphere allows everyone to pause, reflect, and seek blessings for peace, prosperity, and spiritual growth.
For us, Amavasya Pujo is more than a religious occasion — it is a moment of togetherness. Families come together, children learn about our culture, and elders share stories and wisdom, keeping our heritage alive. Month after month, this pujo strengthens our community bonds and reminds us of the importance of faith, gratitude, and collective harmony.
